scope --competitor @creator123✓ 47 Reels analyzed✓ 3 hook patterns extracted✓ report saved

Two hours of manual competitor research done in under a minute. This is the gap I did not know existed.

script --topic "AI slop" --de-slop✓ draft generated✓ de-slop pass: 12 markers removed✓ brand-voice applied

The de-slop pass caught things I never would have spotted. The script actually sounds like me now.

Dropped three subscriptions on the first week. The stack replaced all of them and the output is better.

Questions

Do I need to be technical to run this?

You need to paste one command into Claude Code and follow a 10-minute setup video. The installer sets everything up on your Mac — a fill-in-the-blanks config file tells you exactly where your API keys go. If you have installed a desktop app, you can run this.

What does it actually cost to keep running?

There is no server to rent. The whole stack runs on your own machine with your own API keys. AI calls start free and land around a cent or two per job. Producing a finished Reel costs roughly five cents. No subscription to me — you pay for compute, not for permission.

Is the Instagram automation going to get me banned?

No. Comment-to-DM runs on the platform's official API inside the normal 24h reply window, capped at safe rates, and only continues while a lead is actively replying. No private tricks, no fake browsers, nothing grey-hat. Built to survive App Review.

Why $197 once instead of a subscription like everyone else?

Because it is local-first. It runs on your own machine with your own keys, so there is nothing for me to host and no recurring cost to pass on. Lifetime updates land in a living vault you keep. You get the SaaS value without the SaaS leash.

Is this just another dump of broken configs?

The opposite. Every module ships with: the workflow, setup video, step-by-step playbook, and an outcome line telling you exactly what it saves you. 8 named pipelines, not a 5,000-template junk drawer.

What do lifetime updates mean?

New pipelines, improved configs, and new modules land in your vault automatically as I build them. The Builder Stack grows with the AI tooling ecosystem. You pay once and own whatever it becomes.
